Challenge KPIs

How might we help users to have the best experience possible with ArmMe?
Here everything is to test and learn. The sandbox area is a place where you can find answers to most of your questions.
2020-05-17
Starting with ArmMe is very simple, nevertheless depending on what you aim to do you may need help. The sandbox area is the place where all members will start. It is a sort of welcome area. It is the opportunity to reach easily every member and ask questions. It is the opportunity to test in a safe area all the released features such as Armails, Challenges Updates and KPIs. As soon as you will have discovered and mastered all the possibilities you could quit the place or become one of the welcomers. At ArmMe nothing is definitive, it makes part of the innovation mindset. The iterative Test and Learn process is fundamental to create products and services but also to grow as individuals and teams. The fact is that nothing and nobody is perfect and opportunities to progress are numerous. Here at ArmMe it is part of our mindset and nature to bless every imperfection, failure or pain point that we are going to turn into an innovation opportunity. Imagine a place where you could test everything in a safe way! Would you let your fears and apprehensions at the doorstep and jump into the unknown? Dare to dream... find here a link to start with.

Evaluate your satisfaction level while joining ArmMe
This KPI is here to measure the level of satisfaction of new members while finishing the registration process. Pools are very good examples of what you can do very easily on challenges. You can ask a question to ArmMe's members by creating a Public KPI or only to your Challenge Team by creating a Team KPI. Members could answer your question in a few seconds and you will see their contributions in real time. In innovation processes you dare to know what your users need and you are going to spend a lot of time interviewing and observing them. Such pools could help to know where to start.
Please answer the pool, comment on the KPI with what you liked or disliked and explain the areas of improvement you would like. Like the KPI to increase its popularity and allow it to stay visible from other members. Add the KPI to your own Dashboard if you want to have a direct access to it from the "My Space" area. Post, read and answer comments to enter in contact with other members. Challenge ArmMe with your point of views and problem you faced. ArmMe's purpose is to change the world and well-ordered charity starts with yourself...

Evaluate your satisfaction after a complete tour of the ArmMe website
Take a complete tour of the website. Don't stop after 1 or 2 minutes but try to elaborate your point of view visiting several pages. Give you a chance that your evaluation would be fair and representative. This is important as you will notice that some biases may exist when you are enquiring on users behaviors whatever the problem you entend to solve is. If you only look at data wihtout understanding what they represent and how they had been collected you may make a big mistake. Statistics cannot be sufficient to qualify a problem and pools have limits.
In this case biases maybe for instance if someone updates the KPI several time. Another one could be someone who just look at 2 to 3 pages and gave a score while others visited the entire site. This is the reason why on Public and Team KPI the number of contributions are indicated. The first bias would be easily identified if there are less contributors than contributions. The importance of the biases maybe also pondered in the same way. The goal here is not to make a statisctic lesson but to catch your attention on the appropriate manner to participate to pools on ArmMe.
